Bright blue knee length dress covered in long, looped strands of clear and pearlized beads with a corded neckline in blue. Looped stands create the "rain" effect. V neckline with batwing sleeves and a gathered waistline with a thick waistband with horizontal rows of beading matching the rest of the dress. Faux wrap/ asymmetrical front.
