Piece of damask

Inserted in the ends of a linen towel are two borders of rampant horses, face to face, and separated by trees, of white linen and red silk, which is much faded. Around the sides of the towel is a simple cross-stitch border worked with red silk. The bands in this piece are like 96.91.
