The ground is of heavy white linen. The design of conventional floral forms placed close together in groups of three, so as to give an all-over effect, is woven with red and green wool and white linen.

Acquired by the donor by exchange with the Pratt Institute of Brooklyn, N.Y.,From the Collection bought by them of Salvadore & Son of Florence, Italy, in 1897.
