Repeating on each piece is the motif of a stylized tulip (?) beneath a crown (?) within curling scrolls. Areas of unpatterned red velvet at top and as appliqued designs. Leather reinforcing strip on top edge of "a". Metallic yarn fringe on bottom edge of each piece. Worn.
