Short jacket of Irish crochet hooked down front, fitted at waist with two lappets in center back, collar flaring widely over shoulders, elbow length bell shaped sleeves, edges trimmed with narrow ruffles of net edged wtih Valenciennes lace, entire jacket backed with net.
