Warp and ground of linen; design of plum-colored wool. Design shows a central circle enclosing a tree with vine leaves inhabited by two birds and framed by an interlaced cable enclosing rosettes. The legs and beaks of the two birds are woven in red wool. Design shows Roman influence.
