Stripes of white cotton joined with "punto avorio" (ivory point). On the lower edge is a narrow border of needlework, above a line of drawn-work and zigzag lines of laid-work; at the top is a row of conventional, symmetrical plant forms ending in open flowers. Worked with white cotton.
