Ground: white India muslin. Design: powdering of small peacock feathers in chain-stitch with blue, green and yellow silk. Gown made with high waist, short sleeves and one tuck above hem. Belonged to Elizabeth Ives (1767-1801) daughter of Benjamin Ives of Salem, and wife of Thomas Bancroft.
