Bobbin lace

Merletto a fuselli. Made for the end of a towel. The threads that form the heavy evenly braided réseau run through the design also. On two edges is an imitation of drawn-work, in the middle a waving stem with flowers and leaves. The fringe is made on the pillow. See note on 01.4976.
