Altar frontal

The ground is of corded white silk. The design of baskets containing large bunches of symmetrically arranged flowers and fruit, separate sprays of flowers and ribbons, is woven with gold, pink, violet, green, white, blue and black silk. Trimmed with gold gimp. Lined with heavy linen. Much worn.
