Inscription on this chador declares: "Your body in this chador, o rose-bodied one, Is a cypress whose stature has been hidden by a white rose. " "By special order, of novel design, with snakes, European paisleys, aigrettes, and Chinese flowers, worked in turquoise and rust, with moons [quarter circles]. Excellent, jewel-studding work of absolutely the finest quality! O Protector, exalted be He."
