Start collecting

White silk. Loosely woven tabby ground, half covered with a satin stripe showing dots in tabby weave. Other half of field covered with narrow stripes. Tiny paired loops along selvedges. Soiled. Traces of glue in corners.


By 1952, F. & G. Staack, Camden, ME; purchased from Staack by the MFA [see note 1] (Accession date: June 12, 1952) NOTES: [1] Accession numbers 52.614 - 52.949 were purchased together as a group for $57.50.
