Noh theater robe (nuihaku) with design of medallions with Chinese motifs in pink, green, blue, orange, brown and white silk embroidery, gilt paper-wrapped thread couching and applied gold leaf (nuihaku) on a dark blue silk satin ground; lined with red plain-weave silk lining.
