Ground: fine white linen. Design: conventioanlized sheaves of grain (?) worked with white linen in satin stitch and eyeket holes; small eyelet holes cover ground. Narrow bands of bobbin lace, probably English, joined linen in center of cap, and frame circular back of cap.
