Roller-printed in purple. Two loom widths sewn together. Designed by Georges (?) Zipelius, who was born in Mulhouse and whose designs for this cotton are in the Mulhouse museum. Subject shows men and women bathing, fishing and courting; scenes enclosed by large scale leafy blossoms.
