Miss Elizabeth W. Humphreys, artist's granddaughter. By 1954, Maxim Karolik (b. 1893 - d. 1963), Newport, RI [see note 1]; 1964, bequest of Karolik to the MFA. (Accession Date: February 24, 2011) NOTES: [1] The album entered the Museum as a loan from Mr. Karolik on February 6, 1954. It was brought to the Museum by Elizabeth W. Humphreys, James Wells Champney's grand-daughter, on behalf of Mr. Karolik.
