Owl watch enhancer with outstretched wings

The enhancer features the raised head of an owl with green glass (?) eyes and outstretched wings decorated with blue and green enamel. Although unmarked, it is typical of ornaments in the Art Nouveau style made in Newark, NJ at the turn of the 20th century.
