Rectangular cotton cloth with a central field of narrow lengthwise stripes in red, blue, gold and black flanked by two lengthwise borders in red and black and accented along the edges with seed beads. There is a narrow hand stitched hem on each crosswise end.


Woven in the early 1980s by Daw Hla Hu Sein of Panbedan village for her mother; Purchased from Daw Hla Sein by Tribal Spirits, 1997; Purchased by the MFA, April 27, 2005
