About 1840-1850, probably made by Henry Green, Alfred, ME; used by Eldress Jennie Mathers (b. 1877 – d. 1946) of the Shaker Society, Sabbathday Lake, ME; 1953, sold by Sister Eleanor Philbrick of the Shaker Society to Dr. J.
