Handle of copper alloy around core of wood, decorated with nickel silver wire and inset with two teardrop-shaped pieces of red glass and small red and blue glass beads. Frame and prong of iron.

Before 2003, acquired in Istanbul by a French dealer; by 2003, sold by this French dealer to Tony Bingham, London, England; 2004, sold by Bingham to the MFA. (Accession Date: January 21, 2004)
