This globular jar is fashioned of a buff-colored clay. It is nearly bag-shaped in its proportions. It has a rounded base with very short neck and a rolled rim.

Provenance

From Dakka (ASN 101/135). 1910. Excavated by Harvard University–Boston Museum of Fine Arts Expedition for the Archaeological Survey of Nubia; assigned to the MFA in the division of finds by the Egyptian government. (Accession Date: July 5, 2006)
