Possible fragment of seated statuette of Merymose, King's Son of Kush. Part of right foot with big toe and 3 other toes on base of statuette. Front of base is rounded. Battered and cracked surface. Black granodiorite with black sparkly inclusions.


From Nubia (Sudan) Gebel Barkal, B 551 III 3 debris. 1920: excavated by the Harvard University-Museum of Fine Arts Expedition; assigned to the MFA by the government of Sudan.
