Grand Duke of Baden, Karlsruhe, Germany [see note 1]. By 1960, Phillip B. Mayer, London; 1960, sold by Mayer to the MFA for £225. (Accession date: September 21, 1960) Notes: [1] According to notes in the curatorial file, the set was in the collection of the Grand Duke of Baden and was exhibited in Karlsruhe in 1881 (catalogue no. 664).
