The circular dish is raised, with a scalloped rim and low sides divided into sixteen flutes.

Inscription

ARMORIALS: engraved in the center of the dish, the arms of Vincent impaling an unidentified coat of arms (three quarterfoils, two and one, impaling a chevron engrailed between three escallops) INSCRIPTION: engraved on underside, "17:18:0".

Marks

On the underside of the dish, maker's mark PE (Grimwade 2169); lion's head erased; Britannia; date letter E
