The circular dish is raised with low sides divided into sixteen flutes and a scalloped border. A plain wire foot rim is applied to the underside.

Inscription

ARMORIALS: engraved on the center of the dish, the arms of Sylvestre or Sylvester impaling Evans, Gwyn, Lloyd, Morgan, Stormyn, or Story. INSCRIPTIONS: engraved on underside of the dish, 6, 10

On underside near rim, maker's mark WI (Grimwade 3192); Britannia; lion's head erased; date letter E
