Basket: blue and white pattern on inside bottom; white basket-work sides; blue border around top inside rim with gold rim (worn); two standing, scalloped gold handles (one at either end); narrow double blue line around outside top edge and 3/16" wide blue band around bottom rim. Plain white bottom, no marks.
