Obverse: Inscribed at top "·DIVVS·ALPHONSVS·[R]EX", above crown "M/·C·C·C·C", below crown "XLVIIII", and at bottom "·TRIVMPHATOR·ET/·PACIFICVS". Reverse: Inscribed across field "LIBERALITAS/AVGVSTA" and below, heavily abraided ["PISANI·PICTORIS·OPVS"].
