Obverse: Inscribed at edge "RELEVATIO·CHRIST·QVAM·DEDIT·ILLI·DEVS·VT·PALAM·FACERETSERVIS", and across field "IO:APOC CA:I.", and below "1539". Reverse: Inscribed below "HR" and "I·DEM CA IIII".
