Obverse: Inscribed at edge "NICOLAUS I TOTIUS RUSSIAE IMPERATOR" and under bust "G.LOOS DIR.H.GUBE FEC.". Reverse: Inscribed above "PAX DATA TURCIS PETENTIBUS" and in exergue "HADRIANOP.D.II.SEPT.ST.V./MDCCCXXIX".
