Obverse: Inscribed on column at proper left "B", below "DES F", and in exergue "[square form and then three dots] DES HHH/O [three dots] DU HAVRE./5813". Reverse: Inscribed at center in wreath "HARMONIA/HONOR/HUMANITAS/REGUNT.".
