Obverse: Inscribed at edge "EXPOSITION·UNIVERSELLE·INTERNATIONALE·", proper left "JC·CHAPLAIN 1900", and on rectangular plate "K.TOMITA". Reverse: Inscribed at edge "REPUBLIQUE FRANÇAISE".
