Maker's Mark: a crowned fleur-de-lis, two grains, IBB(?) (Helft, 920,922); Maison Commune: 1737-1738: a crowned Y with an Ermine spot (Helft, 923). Other: Indecipherable mark with the warden's and maker's marks, probably the charge mark for 1732-1738 for Rennes for large work (Helft, 922,923). Indecipherable mark on exterior rim of base. Guarantee mark used after 1838 : a small boar's head (Tardy, p. 173).
