Obverse: Inscribed at edge "·LL·MM·ALBERT·et·ELISABETH·" and on bust "G.DEVREESE". Reverse: Inscribed above "GENEROSITE-AMERIQUE BELGIAN-GRATITUDE", at proper left "G.DEVREESE", and below "1914".
