Provenance

From Mesaid tomb 959 [M/959]. 1913: excavated by the Harvard University-Museum of Fine Arts Expedition; assigned to the MFA in the division of finds by the government of Egypt. Object previously incorrectly identified as [M/671/a] through photo B1962 (line drawing of). Tomb 671 has no tomb card or grave photo, nor is it listed in the object register. Matches sketch on tomb card for M959.
