Wooden coffin in the form of a mummified falcon containing a grain mummy in the form of Osiris made of clay, barley, and wax.


By 1963: acquired from the Nasser Brothers in Cairo, Egypt by Mr. H. Van der Kar, Steenbergen, The Netherlands; by June 2005: with Vincent Geerling, Archea Ancient Art, The Netherlands.; 2006: purchased by the MFA from Archea Ancient Art.
