題十二尊者号那迦犀那/多分在住半度波山中 [題賛] 南都□□(滅?)罪寺常住 奉寄進十六羅漢施主近住禪見 文安五年戊辰七月廿八日 右此羅漢者 爲當寺什物中(眞?)散在高野山 然寄瑞依有之 皮山蓮華谷福壽院覺算被奉送當寺物也 天正四年丙子極月廿四日□然處餘依破損及奉加修補者也□寛永拾年癸酉拾月日〔裏書〕 右第六〔外題〕
