Inscription in front: In Devanagiri and Persian at top: "Hemanidhi Patha" (Hemanidhi reading). In another hand, Devanagari," Garhke" and the number 19. In miniscule Devanagari on the sutra, an invocation to Ganesh.

Provenance

Acquired in India by Ananda Coomaraswamy prior to 1916. Purchased by Denman Waldo Ross in 1917. Given to the MFA in 1917.
