Wrist ornament of strung beads

String of two garnet ring beads, sixty-one carnelian ring beads, seven amethyst barrel beads, and one carnelian lenticular bead, all in original order, from right wrist of body. (See group 21.970-978; 21.980-985)

From Egypt, Naga el-Deir, Tomb N 453 B. 1904: excavated by the Harvard University-Boston Museum of Fine Arts Expedition; 1921: assigned to the MFA in the division of finds by the government of Egypt. (Accession Date: January 1, 1921)
