From Naukratis, 1886 : The stone ledger says that this object was from the EEF excavations at San el-Hagar. A note added to the accession card indicates that the object is from Naukratis instead. Excavated by the Egypt Exploration Fund; assigned to the Egypt Exploration Fund by the government of Egypt; given to the MFA by the Egypt Exploration Fund. (Accession Date: January 1, 1886)
