Fragment of wall of vessel with plastic decoration. Buff ware with interior and exterior black slip. Three incised horizontal ridges on interior. The stem of a vertical strap handle remains on the exterior. Two plastic knobs are on either side of the handle, no doubt a metallic imitation.
