Tetradrachm of Kingdom of Syria with bust of Demetrios II

Obverse: Diademed bust of Demetrios II to right. Reverse: Apollo seated left on omphalos, arrow in right hand, bow in left. In field left, palm branch. Inscriptions in Greek around, at left, between legs, and in the exergue. Greek letters in the exergue indicate year 168 of the Seleucid rule.
