This is a string of eighty-three highly polished beads: seventy-six small barrel, ring and biconical beads; four large barrel beads and three large ball beads.

Provenance

From Tell Dafana (Daphnae). Excavated by the Egypt Exploration Fund; assigned to the Egypt Exploration Fund by the government of Egypt; 1887: given to the MFA by the Egypt Exploration Fund. (Accession Date: January 1, 1887)
