String of beads

This is a string of approximately 250 red biconical ring beads. Seven blue biconical ring beads are strung in the center and there is one blue bead on each end. A red jasper hair ring is strung in the center.

From Egypt, Saft el-Hinna (Goshen) Tomb S 71. 1905-6, excavated by W. M. F. Petrie for the Egyptian Research Account; assigned to the Egyptian Research Account by the government of Egypt; presented to the MFA by the Egyptian Research Account.
