Stater of Metapontion with ear of barley

Obverse: Ear of barley within cable border. At right, grasshopper upwards. Inscription in Greek. Reverse: Apollo standing facing, laurel branch in right hand, bow with two (?) arrows in left; below left, altar on which laurel branch rests. Round incuse.
