Obverse: Head of Hera to right with crown decorated with palmettes, earrings, and plain necklace. Below, [inscription]. Reverse: Eagle standing slightly to left, head to right, wings raised, on a hare which lies on its back. Olive wreath border tied below. (see media screen for inscription)
