The stone is very light gray and fine-grained. There is a modeled ring at the top. The rim is rolled and everted. It is broken and mended. Fragments are missing.

From Menkaura (Mycerinus) Valley Temple, Giza. Excavated by the Harvard University-Museum of Fine Arts Expedition; 1911: assigned to the MFA by the Egyptian government.
