Globular shoulder jar, rolled rim, rounded base. Red-brown ware, white slip, scratched surface. Hole in side, base. Scratched potmark on shoulder in shape of "A".

From Giza; G 4340A debris in shaft. G 14 Pot 9. 1913: excavated by the Harvard University-Museum of Fine Arts Expedition; assigned to the MFA in the division of finds by the government of Egypt.
