Blue faience shawabty of a woman, with details in black, including the wig, eyes, tools, and text. Arms folded across chest, proper left over proper right, holding a pair of hoes. Five horizontal lines of text, naming the great mistress of the first musical troupe of Amun, Asetemakhbit.

From Thebes, probably from the first "Royal Cache" at Deir el-Bahri, 1881; Luigi Vassalli (1812-1887) collection; by 1931, Horace L. Mayer collection; lent to the MFA by Horace L. Mayer February 5, 1931; given to the MFA by Horace L. Mayer December 17, 1964. (Accession Date: February 3, 2003)
