Scaraboid gem with winged monster

Intalgio. Pierced for stringing. Motif oriented horizontally. Winged female monster (possibly a Gorgon or Erinys) running left, with snake in left hand. She wears a cuirass and a short chiton with a kolpos. Her head and legs are in profile; the torso is frontal. Line border.
