18th century carnelian ringstone in modern (19th century) gold or gilt ring setting. Adolescent Eros standing to right, leaning left elbow on a draped (?) shaft. His legs are crossed; he holds a Silenus (?) mask on his left hand; and a small lyre appears on the groundline at his feet.
